Greetings in the Name of Him who cannot lie!
As I begin my letter today, I do so with great excitement. I say this primarily in response to the number of individuals who responded positively in regards to our national convention. Are their areas that we can improve on? Not a doubt. But at the same time, I believe that God used our speakers this year to speak “a fitting word” to each and everyone of us.
In fact, it’s with this in mind that I want to challenge each of you with our Convention’s theme, “Enlarge Your Habitation.” As you’ll read in the attached Communique, our goal and focus for the next several years is to grow in our calling to possess the land that God has given us.
Again, this admonition given by the prophet Isaiah is not an option or suggestion, it’s a command. But the good news regarding this command is that it’s God himself who backs it with promise. As Hebrews 6:13 says, “For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself.” Again, His promise to us isn’t that we might inherit the Gentiles (or unbelievers) and the desolate cities; it’s that we will. The question, however, is will we dare to believe in order to “Stretch forth our curtains and lengthen our cords?”

Amen! I am also excited to see what our creator will do when we join His plan for the IFCA! As Isaiah responded "Here I am send me" is my response. God will do it we just need to trust and act on His direction.
