First, of course, is that we have begun a new year. And as usual, with every new year comes new trials and new challenges...

...we have established and are currently moving forward to accomplish 3 directives. First, is to Grow our Pastors/Ministers. Second, is to Grow our Bench or to raise up a new generation of pastors and ministers. Finally, the last directive is to Grow our Churches. This entails everything from revitalizing our existing churches, down to planting new ones.

…in light of the end times harvest of souls that many are predicting, as well as, the new pastors and ministries which will be needed…
